Booking and Payment

Bookings from 1st June to the 30th September that include a Friday or a Saturday

must be a minimum of 2 nights stay for advance bookings.

A non returnable deposit of £30 per room is required for all bookings with the balance to be paid on arrival by cash or cheque (backed by a cheque guarantee card).

Cheques should be made payable to 'K & MJ Hodkinson' and sent to Sunnycroft, Sea Lane, Sandilands, Sutton-on-sea Lincs LN12 2RA
Sorry we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit cards.

Arrival

All guests must register on arrival

Check-in is between 2.30pm to 7.00pm (or by arrangement).
Departure
Check out by 11.00am (or by arrangement).

During the Stay
For security and insurance reasons only registered guests are allowed on the premises without prior consent.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s own property.
A charge may be incurred for damage to any property in the rooms.
Unsociable behaviour and offensive language will not be tolerated.
Sunnycroft is a non smoking establishment.

We reserve the right to terminate occupancy of the room without notice or refund in the case of a breach of any of these conditions
