Annan Self Catering Bungalow is situated in a quiet private road with no through traffic and is approximately 100metres from Sutton High Street just a few minutes walk to the promenade and award winning Beach.
Annan is detached Bungalow with a well equipped Kitchen, Wet room, Lounge/diner, Garden room, 2 bedrooms (One double & one twin) Private Garden to the rear and Parking for two cars on drive. Double glazed throughout with gas fired central heating makes it an ideal winter retreat.
Gas and Electric included.
Fresh Towels and bedding supplied on arrival.
Ideal for relaxing family holidays and will sleep up to 6 people (with the aid of a sofa bed).
