In 2001 searching for a holiday home we came across Sunnycroft and immediately fell in love with the house and the area.

At the time we were living in the beautiful market town of Stamford and for those people that know Stamford will understand that Sandilands must be a very special place for us to make the move.

We have fully renovated Sunnycroft in Sandilands and opened for B & B in April 2007. In addition we have Sunnycroft House and Annan Bungalow in Sutton-on-sea also Alexandra Bungalow in Mablethorpe for self catering Holidays.

We along with a number of local friends have recently formed a charity fund raising group in Sandilands and called ourselves Community Spirit with the aim raising funds for local charities and this years  charity is LIVES the First Responders.
